Intermundia means space between worlds in Latin, and that is what we endeavor to create. We are a small trade publishing company carving a space for ourselves and our talented authors and daring to go where the gods live — between worlds.
We believe in keeping as much of the author’s original voice as possible. The author stays involved in all the processes from editing to cover design to publishing and publicity. This is your book, not ours.

Intermundia offers a tiered publishing system. When your book reaches specific sales goals, new editions will be released. We start with the wide distribution of paperbacks and eBooks and move on to hardcover, audiobooks, and international translations, depending on an individual book’s performance and success.
If your manuscript is selected for publication, we truly believe in your story. We hope you believe in it, too! We expect our authors to “get their hands dirty” by being active participants in the publishing process. This means being available for and visible at book fairs, signings and readings, pop culture events, podcasts, interviews, and more. We expect our authors to share in the success but also in the work to make your book a smash hit!
